Spinneys identified an opportunity to leverage their private labels to enhance business performance and wanted to introduce complete new look for Premium and Mid tier brand along with introduction of new Value Tier Brand.

Short term focus was on Protein Category that involved simplifying the existing SpinneysFOOD meat range based on meat type, species and origin.
